We require assistance building raised cedar garden boxes that will be accessible to wheelchair users, and other folks, who may face challenges navigating the paths within our gardens. The raised boxes will be placed trailside, allowing easy access to admire the beautiful blooms. We could really use a hand, this Saturday, October 12th, at 10:00 am, to assemble the first four raised garden boxes. We will have Eldon Toner, an experienced carpenter on hand to provide guidance and instruction. If you've been considering building a raised garden box at home, for flowers or vegetables, this is an excellent opportunity to learn how to do it!
