We're seeking a Canadian Citizenship Exam workshop Tutor to assist clients in preparing for and passing the Canadian citizenship exam. Your role involves guiding them through an online study guide on the government website: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/corporate/publications-manuals/discover-canada.html to help them to meet the necessary knowledge requirements for the exam.
This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping newcomers gain confidence and knowledge as they work toward Canadian citizenship. We provide all necessary materials, including workshop presentations and access to official study resources.
- Helping clients understand key topics, including Canadian history, government, laws, and citizens’ rights.
- Developing simple and organized lesson plans based on official materials.
- Supporting learning and review using different teaching approaches.
- Guiding participants through the content over several sessions.
Guide Learning and Review: Use various teaching methods to help students systematically review the materials
Teaching Experience: Previous teaching experience is preferred.
Familiarity with Teaching Materials: Knowledge of official citizenship exam study materials provided by the Canadian government.

- Fredericton City Hall (in person): for applicants living within city limits, residing in Canada less than a year, and applying for the first time.
