Performance Events Volunteers help make CSAC events run smoothly. These volunteers have an opportunity to contribute to the arts community while attending a live performance. Performance Events Volunteers may also choose to help with other events, such as birthday parties, weddings, etc. Additionally, Performance Events Volunteers can help with Freddy Fright Fest, an annual haunted tour fundraiser for the Centre.
Volunteering for Performance Events can be a great time for families or friends who want to volunteer together. There are a couple sub-positions associated with this role. During a Performance Events Volunteer shift, you may be asked to:
- Work the front door
- Help the bartender with drinks (need Smart Serve Certification)
- Assist attendees with seating and questions
