The Canadian Mental Health Association of New Brunswick (CMHA of NB) is looking for volunteers who have a passion for mental health and are interested in helping with a variety of tasks that help achieve our mission of mental health for all in a mentally healthy society.

Here's how you can help:

  • Set up/tear down of event equipment
  • RSVP management
  • Collection of payment for events
  • Preparation of attendee nametags
  • Registration 
  • 50/50 sales

The ideal volunteer for this position is trustworthy, mature, hospitable, as the volunteer will be in direct contact with the public, and comfortable interacting in social settings. The volunteer must have their own mode of transportation to and from events.

Please note that this volunteer position requires a current criminal/vulnerable sector background check. Please provide a copy along with your application, or speak to us about how to obtain one.

Volunteers will be called upon on an as needed basis. Flexibility is considered an asset.
