Who We Are

To promote the understanding and acceptance of the ability of persons with learning disabilities to lead meaningful and successful lives.

What We Do

Founded in 1970, The Learning Disabilities Association of New Brunswick has been providing support and advocacy for persons with learning disabilities.

LDANB offers the Barton Tutoring Program for school aged students across New Brunswick. This tutoring program offers one-on-one intensive reading and writing intervention. In 2021, the French Tutoring Program was launched, offering direct intervention to students in French immersion. This program is offered in-person to students in the Fredericton region, and online for students from other areas of the province.

LDANB has active chapters in Saint John, Moncton, and Woodstock. Each chapter has their own Facebook page with contact information and resources.
