At Scouts Canada, our Mission is clear: to help develop well-rounded youth, better prepared for success in the world. We do this by enabling thousands of young Canadians to engage in safe, youth-led, adventurous programs in hundreds of communities across this great country. As Volunteers and staff supporting these programs, our aim is to ensure Scouting remains vibrant and continues to expand its reach: providing more youth with an opportunity to learn and to experience things at Scouts that they cannot experience elsewhere.

Currently seeking Program Support Scouters to assist with various aspects of our program. Depending on your skills and interests here are some of the available opportunities:

• Providing In-Section Support with Program Delivery – Working with Scouters in Beavers and Cubs
• Outdoor Adventure Support – focus on connecting Scouters with outdoor skills
• Scouter Development – focus on developing Scouters’ skills with program delivery competency
• Event Support Scouters – working with Event Management Teams to gain necessary approvals and ensure the provision of top quality, safe and fun events for Scouting Youth!
