On January 31st, United Way of Central NB will be hosting the first ever Soupfest in Fredericton! We need volunteers to help serve soup from local restaurants, change garbages, manage coat check, take tickets at the entrance and manage crowd control. Volunteers will meet the United Way team at the Multicultural Association at 9:30am to help with setting up. At 10am, Restaurants will begin to show up with their soups and will need help bringing them in. There are 2 sessions for ticket purchasers. 11am to 12pm and 12:!5 to 1:15. We will need help cleaning up between sessions and tearing down after the 1:15 session.
