Who We Are

The MS Society provides services to people affected by multiple sclerosis and funds research to find the cause and cure for MS. We have a nation-wide membership of 7,000 and are the only national voluntary organization in Canada that supports both MS research and services. Since our founding in 1948, the core support of the MS Society has been from tens of thousands of dedicated individuals, companies and foundations in communities across Canada. We rely on local volunteers to achieve impact by raising awareness and funds and fostering a supportive community.

What We Do

The MS Society funds research into the cause and cure of multiple sclerosis; provides programs and services to empower people affected by MS to live their best lives and advocates to government to enhance supports.
