Who We Are
Inclusion Fredericton, formerly Fredericton Association for Community Living (FACL, is a non-profit, advocacy organization committed to an inclusive Fredericton where children and adults with intellectual disabilities and their families know they belong.
Inclusion Fredericton’s Accessible Affordable Dispersed Housing Committee:
Vision: Adults with a disability are able to access inclusive, affordable, non-congregated housing of their choosing as well as the supports required to live in that housing and participate in the community.
What We Do
Our vision is an inclusive Fredericton where people with an intellectual disability and their families feel they belong and are supported to participate fully in our community.
Inclusion Fredericton is a non-profit, advocacy organization that is aligned with Provincial and Federal inclusion movements. We are committed to an inclusive Fredericton where children and adults with an intellectual disability are supported to participate – at home, at school, at work, in recreation and in all aspects of community life. We do this by advocating and influencing decision makers within the Fredericton and area community to ensure the rights and interests of those with an intellectual disability are protected.

What We Do
- Build awareness of the value of individuals with an intellectual disability bring to our community
- Advocate for individuals with an intellectual disability by influencing policies and practices of local government and community organizations to promote inclusion and autonomy for individuals
- Collaborate with and influence other Fredericton area community organizations to promote inclusion within community initiatives or activities
