Our mission is to create an environment where everyone in Fredericton feels accepted, equal and understood. A place where people believe there is opportunity for all, and that every face is welcomed, and every voice is heard and valued. The Fredericton Dialogue Community (FDC) has four main objectives for pursuing community development initiatives: regaining the public’s trust in institutions, improving perceptions of fairness, increasing respect for social rules, and increasing the acceptance of social diversity.
