PRISON CHRISTIAN MINISTRIES has been in operation for some 5 years now bringing a team of musicians, ministers and qualified layman into the prison/jail/recovery centers of New Brunswick and Nova Scotia.

Bringing the Word of God to these individuals has proven to be very successful and refreshing for these individuals who need this contact with the outside world to assist with their daily duties. Along with going into these environments PCM also does a ministry in Kenya sending monies for milk programs for homeless children on the street as well as providing shelter for widows with children in extremely rough environments. Each year the founder and present executive director, Rev. Brent Bishop joins a team of individuals who travel to Kenya to minister to these people.

In addition to this overseas travel this ministry also provides a Halfway House or Refuge House in central New Brunswick. Here ex-convicts who have done their time are offered a place to live, after living their lives in prison. Here they find a sanctuary to escape the drudgery of imprisonment for the remainder of their lives be it long or short.

Harvest House Fredericton Addiction Recovery Center will be a recovery center for those addicted to drugs, alcohol, and personality disorders. This is a recovery environment for rehabilitation through the teaching of a 12 step course for a 9 month stay in an sheltered environment away from the drug scene. Prison Christian Ministries and Harvest House Fredericton share the proceeds of this store in the effort to bring and increase the awareness of these two very important ministries in the Fredericton area.

SEED THE NEED GOODWILL STORE supports non-profit ministries. Volunteers are needed to help with inventory, merchandising, shipping, receiving and operating cash registers.
